Jr. Varsity vs Oak Mountain U-15 on 2/23/2011 7:30:00 PM

The Spain Park Junior Varsity Girls team took a hard-fought 8 to 7 overtime victory over the Oak Mountain U 15 team at Hoover East Park last night.  Both teams traded goals throughout the evenly matched game.  Freshman Kensley Yarbrough scored a game-tying goal for the Jags with 30 seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime and Sophomore Hannah Hudson scored the game winner in the second 3-minute overtime period.  Hudson had 4 goals on the night and Freshman Anne Dawson had 6 saves at goalie for the winners.
